Any reason not to empty eBook Library??
My Sony Library software is now using the Reader Library folder for all of the ebooks.

My eBook Library which apparently was used by the prior software version is still full of books.

Is there any reason not to empty/delete the eBook Library folder?

There is no need for the Ebook Library folder unless you want an LRX copy of your eBooks. I haven`t yet downloaded all the ePub versions of my eBooks bought from the eBook Store.

My eBook Library folder = Sony LRX books

My Reader Library folder = Sony ePub books

I don't have all the LRX books replaced by ePub books yet, so I'm keeping my eLibrary folder as it barely uses any space on my computer.

I like the way the LRX looks on my Sony.

And always backup your ebooks, of course, onto a separate disk or memory card for safe-keeping.

Yep. I put the LRX and epub along with a screen shoot of the bookstore page of the book in a folder for each book.
