Looking for some specific qualities. Help me out!

Hi!
I've unsuccefully been looking for a reader with these qualities:
- E-ink screen and touch
- can read E-PUB, Pdf
- exportable highlights and annotations with included page number (in epub AS WELL as in pdf)
- intergrated dictionary and ability to load your own dictionary alternatively direct access to wikipedia
- Reflow pdf (and ability to make annotations and highlights in reflowed mode)

Does this fantasy machine of mine exist?
Iäm really grateful for you help
