Oh, I totally agree, I'm lucky with the fact that I have a "relatively" flexible schedule (if g/f lets me). The thing is that you're NEVER going to be able to accommodate everyone's schedules no matter how far in advance you put it. The trick is to set a place, and set up a time that is reasonably far ahead that people will be able fit it into their schedules.

oh, i completely agree, absolutely. i just meant that 2 weeks isn't "reasonably far ahead" for a lot of people. i don't think we need 6 months notice for something this informal though, you're right. and don't forget, you can always have another one, in six months ! (which gives you 5 months to slack off, before you start planning it.)

welll.... but switzerland is really on the small side, even by more normal european standards (...france is about the same size as texas... ) but i guess the lesson here is, if someone wants to have a meet in alaska, they might need more than one !

Well the Kindle and 505 could be part of her bag 'o spy toys. She just scans documents and loads them on to her ereaders. No one would be the wiser.

It's either that, or she's a fugitive. That's why she's always on the move.

No ... not really. Alaska is big ... but there are only ... what .... about 12 people living there?? I'm certain they could schedule a meet in one place that would be good for all.
