Fictionwise has them on 100% micropay rebate with credit card purchase now. Geo restricted to Canada and the USA though.

Considering all these authors' books have been on the darknet for years, all they've accomplished by not e-publishing them sooner is to lose out on legitimate sales. I really don't understand their hesitation.
