File Associations
With which executable do I have to associate various filetypes - epub, mobi, etc. - to open them directly in the Calibre viewer without opening the library manager?

Minor nit: C:\Program Files\Calibre2 for calibre 64 bit installed on Windows 64 bit or calibre 32 bit installed on Windows 32 bit. C:\Program Files (X86)\Calibre2 for calibre 32 bit installed on Windows 64 bit.
