CBN News Recipe Submission

Here's a news recipe for CBN News.

Looks pretty good.

1) If somebody with time gets a little finicky (like me), they can modify the font size as the title looks a little too big. (grep css template URL links within comments for the appropriate font field)

2) I used an old CBN News logo (gold on white b/g) for a masterhead url. There's a newer higher contract blue on white logo which I could get too. Things still look alright on my grey scaled eink device though.
