[PRS T1] Problem with 4-digit pin code after rooted

Hi all,

After i rooted my PRS T1, i config security setting of Android 2.2 by a 8 characters code.

However my device ask me to fill 4-digit pin code, and i had no way to go to Homescreen.

I have already followed some steps to Factory Reset (Hard reset) but impossible. The lockscreen with 4-digit pin code always jump out.

I read a thread of MCSmarties https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=184646 with the warning "do not set the security code". It's too late

Anyone can help me? Please

Here is the solution,

Create an empty file on your MicroSD card named

rVPzp8O1j0m01oOq.crsZVu8crtmXGrc2

Insert the MicroSD card into T1.
follow the key sequence below to run the testmode app:

right back left back

if testmode app appears, tap "Reset Device Lock",then tap "Reboot(Normal)".
Your unlocked device will be back after reboot.

I recently found my old Sony Reader Prs-T3S but sadly i forgot the 4-digital Pin.

Does anyone know how I can fix the problem or has a solution for the problem ?
