I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what you're asking. You can see what it looks like and where to find it on this screenshot: https://user-images.githubuserconten...8d25fdb356.png

sdcard not accessible from windows 8.1 (kobo glo hd).
sd card can be viewed in Partition-Manager, but not via windows explorer. Ideas? |

Usb mass storage
I have a problem with usb mass storage.
- When I connect my Kobo to PC while using Koreader it has an error. First it showed the crash screen but now it only shows the error screen like below. (I've already exited Koreader and restarted Kobo) - And i also see that the new version of Koreader (Koreader version 2/2021- Kobo Clara Hd- firmware 4.26) is really slower than the last one i used (Koreader version 11/2020, kobo clara firmware 4.25). It takes more time to load the thumnails of my books, and to turn the page of my manga (cbz). The old version can turn pages immediately so that i can touch the screen continually, but now i can only touch to turn page per page. Thank you and sorry for my English. |

Feels like something else is going awry.
I'm going to need kernel & system logs to be able to tell what might be happening. e.g., over SSH via Wi-Fi, run klogd, then do stuff for a while (you mentioned cbz, so, try paging a few times in one). Then start an USBMS session and let it fail, and *now* run logread and send me its output . |

I see your instruction here https://github.com/koreader/koreader...ment-683297132
But sorry for my question... how to install Kobo stuff : D. I've downloaded the file kobo-stuff...tar.xz, so, what should i do next? Copy it to .kobo folder or unzip it and copy the file koboroot.tgz to .kobo? |

@nhatkhoa102:
Okay, I couldn't reproduce any issues with an SD card on my end, but I did update the USBMS tool to be more user-friendly in case the SD card is busy, so, try again after replacing the tool with this one. (Just replace the file in the koreader/data folder, don't unpack the archive or anything ). Assuming something is actually holding on to the SD card, you'll get actionable feedback on-screen instead of a shutdown |

Although, I suspect that all your troubles are related, and that it's simply one or more books that are tripping the thumbnail creation, so, I *also* wouldn't mind a look at verbose debug logs from KOReader .
(You can enable that from the file manager, Tools > More Tools > Developer tools. Restart KOReader after). |

Another thing I would check is that the card is actually seated properly, and the filesystem sane.
e.g., power the device off, eject the card, insert it somewhere you can run a filesystem check on it, insert it back properly in the Kobo, power it back on. |
