Adding Books without confirmation dialog
Hello,
Hopefully this is a simple question, but I looked at the configure options and I did not see a way to accomplish this. When I do a mass update (~10,000 books) to meta data (cover and fields) in calibre it breaks the jobs up into 100 jobs with 100 records each. When it finishes each batch (of 100) it asks for confirmation to apply changes to the meta data. Is there any way to set an option so calibre does not ask for confirmation, it just does it? That would save 100 dialog boxes and 100 clicks. Additionally, calibre seems to run out of memory due the number of dialog boxes open after a certain period of time (if you walk away you come back and it has crashed due to trying to hold the records in memory before write confirmation. Thanks for the help. s |

The only way not to run out of memory is to use smaller batches at a time. |
