Unable to Download Metadata

When I try to download metadata on my Windows 10 system I keep getting error messages. Here are the details of the problem:

calibre, version 3.33.1
ERROR: Download failed: Failed to download metadata. Click Show Details to see details

your antivirus is blocking calibre from running its helper process that is used to do the downloading. Exclude alibre from your antivirus or disable the antivirus and you will be fine.
