It's the only option, so if DeDRM doesn't support Biblio's DRM, you won't be able to decrypt the books. I wasn't able to find any information on which DRM scheme Biblio is using, though. It's possible that DeDRM does support it, but you haven't configured the plugin for that particular DRM scheme yet.

It looks like the DRM may be LCP. IN which case, the OP won't be able to remove the DRM. I do have the version of DeDRM that has LCP support. I've never tried it to see if it works. See the log files at this link to see that it may be LCP. https://github.com/apprenticeharper/...ls/issues/2350

Do you (or anyone else) have a link to an LCP infected eBook from Archive.org?

which plugin is this please?

Will check the Boox GO 6 out. Does it have "nightmode", that is, can you invert the screen? I installed this mod on my Kobo. Really great when you want less light from the screen.

Any other differences? Advantages, disadvantages, things you miss, like with BOOX?
Forgot to mention that the Boox Palma 2 lists Android 13 in their specs.

The problem with the Palma 2 is the aspect ratio. It's too narrow. It looks like 16:9. At the size it is, 16:9 is the wrong (IMHO) aspect ratio. It should be 4:3 unless it's large enough.

Or no problem at all. When I simulate it on my reader by widening the margins left and right, I do quite like it. Millions of people read on their phones everyday and have no problem with the form factor.

Just give it a try. Who knows, you might like it.

@paola was quoting and asking about the TTS plugin you were describing.

Not at all. FBReader is garbage because it doesn't respect the CSS well enough.

Jon, right now I am not sure if you in your slightly unnatural need to make your opinion the law, even realize this was not adressed to you. It does not matter if you think the reader is garbage. As far as I know you are neither the OP nor do you have to be able to read their Swedish books.

It looks like Pocketbook devices support LCP out of the box though
