Used Kindle ASIN fix but cover image size is different

Hi,

So I recently applied the ASIN fix for kindle to my azw3 files so I could have synchronization with goodreads. But before I had done the fix I had changed the cover size to 1072x1448, because I like the cover to fit the whole screen and also for the thumbnails to all be the same size. But since I applied the ASIN fix, the goodreads sync works but the thumbnail sizes are all different now?

Does anyone know why that is and how to fix it while keeping goodreads synced?
