how do I reset the kindle to factory( menu is not working)
The homepage of my kindle is blank，and when I touch menu button, it doesn't response.
I want to reset the kindle to factory, how to do it without menu? |

Hold Start button for 60 seconds. It may have to be repeated several times.
Before doing that, do an overnight charge. |
