Universal Flasher run script

Hi, I made simple telnet-like application communicating just with files to use with PRS. I changed script.sh from universal flasher to
http://pastebin.com/f7d66dbd7
and put prs_whisp_d.sh to card root :
http://pastebin.com/f653762a5
After initializing flasher, I pressed 3 (run script) and after script run (no errors) MENU (exit) then I remounted reader, but I cannot see files input.tmp and output.tmp. What I want to is to have that files visible from both outside the reader (my PC) and inside it (prs_whisp daemon). What location should I use?
Many thanks

So, after some studying script.sh, I have an idea: would it help if I would call sync in prs_whisp_d.sh?

/edit:
sync does not work, problem is that even that files (input.tmp, output.tmp) are not created on reader memory. When I create them in script.sh, they are created, but when in prs_whisp_d.sh they are not.
