Searches for e-books double (in the UK)

Kindle rocks the US, the Sony Reader the UK.

that's pretty exciting. even supposing that the overall numbers are relatively small a 100% increase over only one year is hard to ignore. i can't wait to see how ebooks are going to take off in the very near future.
