N96ML questions.
I am new over here with a N96ML tablet, it does fit in with my eDGe which is still used for work.
Now my questions, 1) is there a way to have different types of books (pdf, epub, text) sorted into their own section of the library? So far they are all lumped together even though they are in separate folders on the SD card. 2) is there a way of forcing the format of text books and if it is something like a css file how do you get at it? 3) The manual states that it should be charged from a computer USB port (5v @0.5A), is there any reason why a 5v @2A charger can't be used? I like the light on the unit, indeed the only grumble I have are the non sorting of book types and text file format strangeness PLUS the fact the stylus is not compatible with my eDGe and Android Note 10.1 (I have been spoiled because the stylus of the eDGe ans Note are interchangeable). |

Hi! I have a similar model (N96ml carta+) so, I don't know if I can help you properly but:
1) library: I dont like the library. I prefer organize the books and enter by the storage. You could try to search in the library an option to sort by type of document. 2) I don't know if I understand the question but: you could try calibre? (In this forum there is a software section you could use) I don't know much about it... 3) I plug the device to the PC or use the charger... I imagine that USB is more "secure". Be especially carefull with the stylus, they seem bond by destiny with each onyx... |

It's the minimal values to charge the device. You must have a stable power supply, voltage and current. You can take a 5 V / 100 A if you want with the respect of the value and stability of the voltage. |
