I bought a PRS-650, i can read text but i can't read text with picture, can someone help me?

Without knowing more information it is difficult to guess your problem.

Not all e-book formats can have pictures.

For example, TXT e-books can not have pictures at all.

Some formats like RTF may show pictures on PC but not on the Sony.

EPUB, LRF, and PDF books can have pictures.

Sounds like RTF. Use Calibre to convert the RTF to ePub and you can then see the pictures.
