Dumb question but need to ask....

Is there a way to move books from the Kindle into Calibre? I use Calibre often and now with the 2.5.2 upgrade there are a few books that are on my Kindle, that for some reason are not in Calibre.

I want to avoid having to re-load them into Calibre the normal way by adding books, so wondering is there a way to move the books from the Kindle to Calibre. Any help is greatly appreciated, it will save me a lot of time.

Can't you just mount the Kindle as a drive and drag and drop the files into Calibre?

Yes.

Hook your Kindle to your computer. In Calibre, select Add Books. When it asks for the file name, go to the documents folder on your Kindle and select all the books you want to add. (just like you add any other files)

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!! This is going to save me a tremendous amount of time, given these books are already in the Kindle readable format.
