Ok - cbr, epub, pdf - anything else?
Besides going on the net - does Kobo read other formats than the ones mentionned in the thread title?
And will a future upgrade mean more formats? My demands...or else we I will kill an hostage every hour on the hour... I wish we could switch sides for cbr files and make them bigger. Any possibility - besides having to change the cbr to a pdf? |

What other formats would you want supported anyways?
Also what do you mean by switch sides? You mean change the orientation from letter to landscape? And if by make the bigger you mean the ability to zoom in then that functionality is already there. |

The mobi support is not exactly working well.
On top of very long load times, there are plenty of formatting and display problems of this format. The same mobi formatted books which work perfectly on my K3 are pain to use on Kobo touch. It is best to convert every mobi book to epub and read it that way on the Kobo Touch. |

Totally agreed - the DeDRMed MOBI's I've tried have been pretty bad - like giant grey-scale fonts that can't be changed, or total failure, and very slow open times.
Images and particularly PDFs work well, unlike the K3 or Nook Touch. |
