Exclamation Trouble Accessing Fictionwise

I can get to the Fictionwise home page (http://www.fictionwise.com, but clicking on Login or My Bookshelf or any of the other links at the top of the page all end up at store.fictionwise.com/... with the following error message:

"We were unable to identify the store you are trying to access. A possible cause for this error may be related to a session timeout. For security reasons, sessions are set to expire after a period of inactivity. "

I can't imagine the error message being correct though.

Is anybody else having problems getting past the first page at Fictionwise? It's tough to buy a book if you can't log in!

I can get in OK, and get to my bookshelf and book details.

Try deleting your FW cookies and see if that helps.

Deleting cookies did not seem to make any difference. I clicked on help to track down an e-mail address to sent a not to. I saw a like to log on there and it worked. It seems to work now that I've gotten logged in finally. Thanks for the suggestions!!

FW recently discontinued their "stores" for various publishers within their overall site. (For example, the E-reads store.) Sounds like your problem might have been related to that.

They didn't discontinue the books, just the store groupings.
