I've seen these sorts of errors before but only in the AM before the library was open. It could be some maintenance is being done. Try again after 10AM Philly time.

I was able to log in, but couldn't check out an available item. When overnight maintenance did not complete successfully in the library where I worked, the staff could not log in at all. Trying again after the library opens sounds good. If the problem persists, contact the library.
