Already have a Jetbook-better to wait?

So last year I bought myself a jetbook which I love dearly with but one small caveat-I don't like the 5 inch screen! I thought a small reader would be great because I could carry it around in my pocket like I did with my Touch but it really isn't small enough for that so I always have it in my bag. In other words I might as well have just gotten a 6 inch reader and taken advantage of the extra screen space.

So anyways I've been thinking of getting a new, larger reader. My options right now are Sony. Either the 505, 600 or 700. The one thing that's holding me back though is that it seems like 2010 is going to be a big year for e-readers when it comes to innovation. The iPad is coming out and I think that is going to spur on a lot of these other companies who would otherwise have just sat on their laurels. There's talk of colour screens, touch sensitive screens (without the need for that annoying second layer) and e-ink which has a much better response time.

So seeing that I already have an e-reader, would it make sense to hold off for at least another 6 months and see what is coming out? What is the timeline for these great new devices anyways? 6 months, 1 year, 2 years?

I think it make sense to wait 6 months, because there will be colored e-Ink displays in aunt 2010, there are coming up that many new devices from different companies (e.g. PocketBook announced 20 readers for 2010!). The eReader section is a pretty new one and changes are made very fast especially in any electronical sector!
