Lovecraft, H.P.: Call of Cthulhu, v.1 November 2008

"The Call of Cthulhu" is a story wakening of one of the "Old ones"

Excerpt

"They were not composed altogether of flesh and blood. They had shape...but that shape was not made of matter. When the stars were right, They could plunge from world to world through the sky; but when the stars were wrong, They could not live. But although They no longer lived, They would never really die. They all lay in stone houses in Their great city of R'lyeh, preserved by the spells of mighty Cthulhu for a glorious resurrection when the stars and the earth might once more be ready for Them"

Cheers.

I have the omnibus Lovecraft that I believe is available here, but it is nice to have a smaller file with just the one story.

'Tis so nice to look back on my wilder, earlier days.

Ah.. Youth.

Please make sure that you follow the rules for thread naming:

author surname, firstname: title. version, date

It's important because that's the way that the books are indexed.

I've corrected it for you.

Youre, right: JSWolf and I both have huge omnibus editions of Lovecraft available here on MobileRead.
