Possible Page Headers?
Are %t and %a the only possible wildcards for the --headerformat= argument? I would particularly like to see the Chapter name on the header for this one book.
Any input would be much appreciated, Thanks. |

Might it be become possible someday? Or perhaps the addition of footers?

Probably not for LRF output, since that code is now more or less in maintenance mode, but possibly for EPUB in the future
