No, writing this badly this well is not for the faint of heart. It's a challenge to be taken up by only the most skilled professionals.
True. I stand corrected. There are likely few that can approach the epic heights of DMC.

There's a certain art in writing badly.

Dale M. Courtney has succeeded where others fail miserably and for this he must be applauded.

One can aspire toward greatness only by sitting in the same mud puddle wherein Dale M. Courtney stands majestic.

I will say....it gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Run, DMC!"

The Dale M. Courtney Writing Appreciation Thread

Did anyone mention his impressive credentials? This is a screenshot from my Kindle.

Attachment 160032

It's his hope to become film one day.

(BTW, trying to attach a photo from my phone's Tapatalk is the pits.)

I'd rather have one of my books become a film, rather than myself. It sounds awfully painful to have my body punched with sprocket holes.

Is there anything sinister about Dale M Courtney's initials being the same as the Delorean Motor Company? If you peer closely at the front of a Delorean there appears the initials DMC in the middle of the grille. Creepy or what?

It get's worse: the seats are probably embroidered with DMC floss, and if you turn on the music it will be playing Run-DMC!

That is SUPER-CREEPY! [That's a very special creepy! Super-Creep!]

Here's what's REALLY creepy, though: When I type in "Courtney," only #1 and #3 turn up. But when I type in "Dale M. Courtney," all THREE turn up!

And here's the really CREEPY part: I have the 3 books listed as "Dale Courtney."

Sorry, but I have to go and URINATE, even though I'm right in the middle of an exciting part:

Then you could tell the Galumpa was getting hurt worse because of bigger chunks of their ship was blasting off from the hammering of the pulse weapons from the other three Arcon ships. The Galumpa would just keep rotating the ship away from the damaged area’s. Because it was round it worked really well.

I can return later, if you like, when I've finished.

Why is there no yearly award named, for example, the "Dale M. Courtney Best Novel" award?

Don't writers who write badly aspire toward greatness?

Am I the only one?

One bad line doth not maketh a bad book. A whole bad book maketh a very awful bad book!

Before we announce the Awful Awards for 'Really Awful Novel,' 'Really Awful Novelette', and 'Really Awful Short Story,' along with that perennial favorite, the 'Really Awful Proofreead'ders' award, here's some fine guitar pickin' from Benny Ventity as he plays the guitar using both elbows.

In the meantime, please don't forget to visit our 'Leftover Buffet' for some fine homemade cooking. You'll find it next to the 'Hucksters Fire Sale' for some choice collectibles. Just follow your nose for both events.

Remember, if it's not AWFUL, then you're at the wrong awards ceremony!
