Scratched Screen

I noticed my kindle 3 has somehow developed a scratch on the screen. Does anyone know if there is a way to fill it in or repair it?

I know Meguiars makes a product called Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Cleaner #17. They make high end auto cleaning products. This I use to take all the scratches out of my convertible top. I also have used it successfully to take the scratches out of watch faces as well as a bunch of cell phone screens as they always get scratched. Don't know about the Kindle cover but this is an excellent product and leaves screens, plastic clear like new. Any decent auto parts place should carry it. It will say on the back that it removes scratches.

I was wondering about this too. I have a small scratch on my DXG.
I have something called 'applesauce' for fixing scratches on ipod devices.
(mineral spirits perhaps..?)

I thought it may work on the kindle but am a bit hesitant to use it.
Does anyone know if it would work?
