It's the vehicle used by Dr. Who to travel from world to world and time period to time period. It's the thing that looks like a police call box. There's a picture of it in the car's window. (It's also notable for being much bigger on the inside than the outside, but I don't think that's relevant to the window decal.)

Never been into Sci-Fi. Just don't find the concept interesting. Don't know why, don't care.

Well, I am very into sci-fi and I still do not care for Dr. Who. I am merely familiar enough to recognize TARDIS and Dalek references and that is it.

See, Dr Who trancends SyFy fandom. Some people that love SyFy don't like it, and then others that really don't read/watch SyFy like it.

I suggest you perhaps watch an episode or two of the relaunch from 2005 and see what you think.
