Converting Mobi to upload

Can I convert books into mobi and have a custom column be designated as the title instead of the actual title?

You can use a metadata plugboard to set change the title and other metadata when sending the book to a device or doing a save to disk. That will let you set the title to the custom column.

Amazon goes by the metadata on mobi's and that only changes in the coversion. I can't email them anymore because of their new policy of using the email instead of the author name in that field. I have to use the sent to kindle app and manually rename the author each time.
