calibre does not start after update 7.4
Hello,
I could use some help. I tried to update Calibre to version 7.4 but I can see that nothing happened in the calibre folder. Since then I cannot start Calibre. It just won't open. What can I do now? I sent in my previous post the debug result (can be found under 'introduction'. No idea how to repoduce this. I found the instruction somewhere, but don't remember where. Should I delete the programme and install again? I already tried repairing the installation. I am a happy user of Calibre and not a complete nitwit to installing etc, but I usually avoid using forums, because I easily lose my way.... So please help me. Maybe I am not the only one with this problem? Kind regards, Rineke |

I copied the log from the Introduction forum:

Uninstall, delete C:\\Program Files\\Calibre2
(or wherever you chose to install calibre). Then re-install. And dont worry, uninstalling will not affect your books/settings. |
