Hi,

the firmware of Kobo Aura H2O (edition 2) is not updating automatically, what can I do?

What version specifically are you currently running, what is the affiliate set to, you can check by plugging the Kobo in to a computer and opening the affiliate file in the .kobo directory.

Often it takes time for firmware versions to roll out, and Kobo has just released two very close to each other.

I have the same issue so I updated manually. I got the directions from the kobo forum here

since May it does not update, the current version is 4.15.12920
