right then left instead of left then right

I am trying to convert manga scans to an epub book format. The width of the scan was too wide and so the image was divided into two pages (as it should be). Unfortunately,the manga it is scanning reads right to left instead of left to right and the pages are therefore in the incorrect order. For example, the order it automatically puts the pages is in first page left side, first page right side, second page left side, second page right side. Instead I need the order to be first page right side, first page left side, second page right side, second page left side.

Is there a way to correct this?

look at the options under comic input in the conversion settings.
