Ich beginne dann doch langsam zu zweifeln, ständige Werbeeinblendungen am unteren Rand, mit dem Bildschirmschoner hätte ich noch leben können.
Ein System das nur darauf aus ist, dass ich möglich noch mehr bei Amazon kaufe. Ich gucke mir das Nexus 7 nochmal an. |

Halt, halt,... so schnell hat er mich noch nicht überzeugt.
Ich habe mir den Nexus heute kurz im Laden angeschaut. Schönes Gerät, aber es kam mir so klein vor. Zuhause habe ich mir dann noch meinen IQ angeschaut, das Format gefiel mir irgendwie besser, zumindest für meine Zwecke und der Kindle Fire HD hat ein ähnliches Format. Mir gefällt die Amazon-Cloud gut, schon bei den Ebooks, möchte das auch für meine anderen Inhalte haben. Ich habe also meine Bestellung noch nicht storniert, bin aber noch nicht überzeugt. |

Da haben wir ja fast zeitgleich geschrieben. Ja, wie gesagt, ich lass mir das noch durch den Kopf gehen und warte auch auf die Kundenrezensionen in den USA. Ein Android-Smartphone besitze ich bereits, mich reizt jetzt ein reines Android-Tablet nicht so, obwohl das Jelly Bean auf dem Nexus nicht schlecht ist. Es bleibt spannend... |

Das Kindle Fire HD wird schon häufiger auf Youtube mit dem Nexus 7 verglichen. Wie ich schon geschrieben habe, die Form vom Kindle gefällt mir deutlich besser, den Rand, den einige Reviewer bemängeln, empfinde ich als Vorteil. Ob das Display weniger spiegelt, wie behauptet wurde, kann ich bisher nicht erkennen.

Ich habe noch einen neuen Test gefunden, der deutlich mehr auf den Inhalt eingeht.
Also ist klar, es ist ein Device, das in erster Linie für den Amazon Content geschaffen wurde. Ich bin gespannt, wie gut die Anbindung in Deutschland klappt, also z.B. Lovefilm, Audible, Magazine... Werden die Firmen in Deutschland mitziehen, also auch den Content für Amazon bereitstellen, wie sie es so bereitwillig für Apple getan haben? (Ich habe vor kurzen mal versucht, die Comics meiner Jugendzeit zu bekommen, Donald Duck, Asterix, Tim und Struppi... da gibt es leider noch gar nichts. Muss ich tatsächlich die Asterix selber einscannen? Auf dem "Schwarzmarkt" kein Problem, was machen die Verlage da nur?) |

Nate (the digital reader) hat geschrieben dass laut xda, der Fire HD wie befürchtet einen gelocked bootloader hat. http://www.the-digital-reader.com/20.../#.UFb1OdRhiSM
Was soviel heisst dass es zwar nicht unmöglch, aber doch sehr viel komplizierter wird, ihn zu hacken. Mir gefällt das Format von HD auch besser, aber ohne root und hack ist er für mich wirklich uninteressant. Der Nexus ist in diesem Hinsicht schon besser, aber ich werde noch abwarten und sehen, was sich auf dem Markt tut. Last edited by aceflor; 09-17-2012 at 05:55 AM. |
