Oh, sure. I believe it. If nothing else, the Aura has a larger screen. I was just trying to find an existing reader of a similar compact size that is lighted.

If they ever released a 'Clara Mini' as Calenorn mentioned, I'd check it out.

Moving from a Paperwhite 2 to an Aura would be a lateral move, really. But it would give you a chance to check out the Kobo ecosystem. I like Kobo's software quite a bit. It lacks some Amazon perks, like built-in Goodreads access. But it is very good with sideloading from Calibre, displaying series info and I putting together collections.

I still buy my books from Amazon, just because I find that easiest.
