Device library with non-english names?

Thought this is the place to ask.
I'm Russian and my device works well with non-english filenames. Calibre transliterates all file structure when copying on device. This is... uncomfortable.
I know it is possible to turn this off for 'Save on disk'. Can I somehow turn it off for 'Copy to device'?

No you cannot. Using non ascii filenames on a FAT filesystem is really fragile, so calibre does not support it. But if you really want to, you can use save to disk to put the files on your reader instead.h

I think there should an option somewhere with big warning at your own risk to enable non-english filenames. I just can't understand transliterated names...
PS. Thank you for a new version.

Fragile, yes. Still, an option to enable that at own risk would be preferable.
And 'save on disk' creates some technical files. And I still want to sync my library by pressing one button.

Just use "save to disk...". To avoid technical files generated, just uncheck the related choices ("save cover..." "save metadata...") in preferences.
