New Firmware

I have tried for the last 5 days sending emails to all of the different addresses in order to get the updated firmware. It won;t even let me in the system. I purchased my Gen3 in late November and It did not recognize my email address/password combination. I tried asking for lost password but no emails from that either,

Has anyone out there got any suggestions as to how I should proceed?

It's the e-mail address and password that you use to view your account in the web site "Store".
