Calibre Editor Backup File?

Hi there, just edited a huge section of an EPUB, and the editor crashed. I see no backup file where the original OR the copy was saved (after last edit session).

Tell me the program saves a backup?

Somewhere?

Please?

Thanks for any help!

No it doesn't save a backup. It's not editing a single file, unlike a text editor. If it actually crashed, you might find the last committed changes in the cache directory, but only if you ran some tool after making your changes or created a checkpoint manually.

Editor Font Size?

Thank you for the swift reply.

Can you tell me if it's possible to change the VIEWING font size in the editor, so it's easier to read while editing?

Thank you again.

The view will use whatever font size is defined in the html file you are currently editing. If no font size is specified it will sue a default font size that can be controlled from the editor preferences under Preview settings

Last year Doitsu created this plugin for Sigil ==>> [Plugin] Backup

I wonder if he could create a similar PI for the calibre editor.
