Library folder via command line
Hi all,
Another command line question - is there any way to determine what folder Calibre is using for its library from the command line? I went through all of the command line utilities and I couldn't find anything. Thanks! John |

You might search global.py.json (in the config folder)
Code:
"library_path": "C:\\Users\\xxxx\\yyyy\\MainLib",
A number of CLI modules require --withlibrary |

calibre can use multiple libraries. So there is no one folder. If you want to know the path to the current (aka last used) library, just use
calibredb list -f formats which assuming the library is not empty will give you the paths to all the ebook files in the current library, from which it is trivial to get the path of the library folder itself. |
