Calibre Update Files
OK OK daft question of the week!
I wonder does the update of calibre have to be a complete install each time ? Can it not be a smaller file, the reason I ask, is that I have very limited download / internet per month and I update every time Calibre has a new version, but this seriously drains what I can afford to use for download on eBooks and related software, Anyway sorry for the Dumb question, and I don't really have aproblem with the file size except for my severe limitations, Thanks so much Kovid for your fantastic efforts to provide what at least Sony can't and many other manufacturers too, We do very much appreciate it |

No it's too hard to maintain differential patches for every update for multiple platforms. I suggest you dont download every update, just look at the changelog and only if you see something important, update.

Thanks Kovid, I guessed that might be the case, but was worth asking, thanks again anyway, |
