I'm guessing that Text-To-Speech is still MIA? Kind of strange if it is, as Audible was bought by Amazon and you can now sync your reading between Audible apps and Kindle apps pretty much everywhere except on the last (and maybe this) Paperwhite.

I'm not going to upgrade until they add buttons. That's what drives me crazy about the Nook HD+

Touch screens have their uses, but they do not adequately replace buttons.
