Hey, jvhuiz, the full list of formats that the Reader supports can be found here -- but the short answer is no it doesn't support PRC or Mobi files. There are a number of ways to convert them, but the shortest answer there is probably Calibre.

Have a look at the wiki entry, and do a quick search in the forum and you'll find lots and lots of info on using it.

Plus, I'm sure there will be many folks eager to share more answers to your question.

Well, to answer your main question, NO. The sony does not support Mobi (.prc) files natively.

It does however support plain Text (.txt) and Rich Text (.rtf) files natively along with BBeb Files.

If you do have Mobi files already and if they are unprotected (No Drm) you can easily convert them using the free program Calibre. It also allows you to manage your reader library if you don't want to use Sony's own program.

If you've got DRM protected files you're going to have to remove the DRM to convert and load them onto the Sony. For Mobi do a Google search for Mobi DeDRM and for Microsoft Reader (.Lit) ConvertLIT.
