Dingo has Docs-To-Go 3.0!
I missed this earlier, and when I saw someone mention it in passing I didn't clue in.
But our eDGes now have Docs-To-Go 3.0! This has some big improvements, including sync-to-desktop (via USB cable), which I've tried and works. I don't use Docs-To-Go that much, but perhaps those of you who do could comment on the new version. Seems DataViz itself hasn't officially launched the new version, as it still has the following "sneak peak" page: http://www.dataviz.com/products/docu...whats_new.html. Bear in mind that this is a free upgrade for us (we got Version 2.0 for free, too, at a value of about $29.99 per eDGe) |

Oh, yes, I realized that soon after the big update, a very nice surprise . I often use the LCD side and Docs2Go to open endnotes, while reading a book on the reader side.

Unfortunetly, this may be one of the last updates we will see. Rumor has it that RIM (blackberry) just bought Datavis for something like $50 mill. Datavis has already announced that they are halting development on palm webos.
