Unabridged Vs ABridged geo restrictions

Hi guys,
I came up with a problem that made me see that this geo restrictions on audiobooks at least is not related to author's commitment with publishers to sell
books only in a specific area, look this problem.

The book: Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill.
I just got a recommendation.
When I went to audible.com it seems that the Unabridged version is not available duet to geographic restrictions. I live in Angola.
As they say: We're sorry. Due to publishing rights restrictions, we are not authorized to sell this item in the country where you live.

But after surfing the same site for a while what I came up with?

The ABRIDGED version of the same book IS AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!

Do I laugh or cry?

How is it possible, the Abridge version is available and the other not???

Different publishers, perhaps?

Ok, I guess this is the point.
I just have no luck, my publisher (the publisher of my region) is lazy.
