Installing apps NOT downloaded using Vox

Hi,

Another question from me!

I added an app by downloading it on my pc and then dragging and dropping to what seemed to be the appropriate area on the vox, while connected via USB.

However, when I turn the vox on and look for the app, it is nowhere to be found. What have I done wrong?

As ever, all help much appreciated.

You need to use a file manager such as AndExplorer (downloaded to the vox) in order to view the files on your system. Once AndExplorer is loaded look for /extsd and your apps should be listed there.

And how do I install/run the app from there, once I've found it?

Click on it, it'll take you to a screen asking if you want to install it.
