New fantasy sequel threatens the end of all existence

My sixth book is released today. Last of the Tuath Dé is a fantasy adventure following the surviving characters from The Curse of Septimus Bridge. From the synopsis: "The Old Ones, who held sway long before recorded history, are stirring again—and they want this world back. Being totally honest here, your covers are a let down. They are not all that good.

Those are not the worse covers I have seen. But they do little to'grab' the eye.
OTOH Your web site Cookie policy (dialog) is OBNOXIOUS.
I should be able to browse without allowing All (or going thru the switches, and not KNOWING if the first screen uses those.
Cookies Help the user FIRST of all. Not your partners.

The covers aren't that bad but the cookie system may be illegal in the EU and other countries such as Norway, Switzerland and UK.

I think the covers are quite uninspired. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they can't be improved/changed.

There are many services out there - with varying prices - that can produce a cover to your liking. You may wish to try one in order to see what they can do for you.

@scottla, the way it works is that when we look at eBook listings, the first thing we see is the cover. If the cover is not good or uninspiring and we don't know of the author, then we'll pass by the listings for your books and not bother to get to the blurb.

You should make sure that the first thing we see is something that inspires us to look further at the listing for your books.
