Talking 2 different devices on the same comp

I would like to know if you can set up 2 different devices on the same comp. I have a KOBO and my wife has been given a Sony prs505.

Thanks in advance.

Calibre can handle any mix of devices and formats for books. What it cannot do is download news in multiple formats.
