Ham and potato chip sandwiches
Okay, I'm on a roll here.
Tired of greasy hands when eating sandwiches and chips? Try putting the chips IN the sanwiches. Especially good with ham and mayo. Just layer the chips over the ham, cover with bread, and bingo bango. |

I used to do that to add texture to sandwiches I didn't like much. Mainly cheese. Salt and vinegar crisps (chips) with cottage cheese was a favourite.
Now I generally don't bother with the bread and wash my hands afterwards! |

We have a family tradition of adding potato chips (crisps, if you must) IN the sandwich, with the leftover turkey after any turkey holiday. It nicely salts the turkey, too, besides adding crunch. Yummy!
