Bulk Edit Highlights Colors
I have highlights in many books and I am trying to find the best color combination for both daytime and nighttime reading. I would like to be able to change the color of all my highlights (or a subset of them) at once, rather than needing to individually change the color to a new scheme. Is this possible? I dug around trying to edit the `calibre_bookmarks.txt` file inside the epubs, but failed to get Calibre to see/accept the changes.

No, not really. Colors are defined per highlight, not centrally. If that were not so, your highlights would not work anywhere but on the computer they were created on.
