Already pay the £49.00 a year. But the prime shipping is very much hit and miss ordered 2 things on Thursday with next day prime shipping one arrived the other has not. Approximately half of the stuff with next day shipping never arrives on time.

They will refund the next day shipping cost if it doesn't make it there next day. Where I have noticed a real delay is two day shipping. If I order something on Saturday, two-day shipping is Thursday. Not in my book. But I figure this has been a bad winter, so maybe that is the cause.
