Aldiko and SD Card

I went ahead and re-did the whole CyanMod 7 thing, and put it on the main memory rather than the SD card.

I installed Aldiko, and it's painfully slow loading up the covers of my books in Shelf and List view. I figured it was because it was on the SD card, so I pointed Calibre to put them onto the Main Memory (it's odd that Device and SD Card are switched with the root), but when importing them, it copies over to the SD Card.

Anyway to get them to just stay on the Internal emmc memory?
