Has anyone heard anything about the promised Cybook Gen 3 firmware upgrade?

If I were a betting man, I'd predict a release on Monday (3/31/08). But my luck doesn't always run that good!

I did hear from an ebook shop owner in the Netherlands that the 31st is the date that the firmware will be released. He told that he had inside information.

regardless of what happens, You should make a new thread on tuesday which will read: Cybook released new firmware today.

. Now that they've fixed most of the initial bugs, it would be nice to get some genuine usability enhancements in this upgrade. I think we've been pretty much promised folder support and better PDF handling.

According to their January blog update (http://bookeen.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html):

That same blog entry went on to say:
"We will definitely be more active on this blog and give you fresh news about Bookeen and Cybook Gen3 in the next few days."

The only blog entry in the two months since has been to say they'll be going to the Paris bookfair
